4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

kip4d accepts deposits from users via the following Indonesian banking methods:

• Bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon
• E-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay (where available)

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your bank or payment provider. Most deposits are credited to your kip4d account instantly. In rare cases, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to appear in your account balance. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

kip4d does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction
